Dr. Ben Talei, MD, FACS is a dual board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and the Founder of Cupid Lips® and the Beverly Hills Center for Plastic & Laser Surgery. Recognized internationally for his expertise in facial rejuvenation, Dr. Talei specializes exclusively in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, neck, eyes, nose, and lips.
After graduating with honors from UCLA and earning his medical degree from UC San Diego, Dr. Talei completed his residency training at Columbia University, Cornell University, and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, followed by two prestigious fellowships in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He pioneered the Deep Plane Upper Lip Lift, the technique behind the Cupid Lift®, and developed the AURALYFT®, his signature deep plane facelift designed to restore youthful facial anatomy with natural-looking results.
Dr. Talei is a respected educator and researcher whose work has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals, including Aesthetic Surgery Journal and Facial Plastic Surgery. He serves as an International Professor of Facial Plastic Surgery at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in Monterrey, Mexico, where he trains surgeons from around the world in advanced facial rejuvenation techniques.

Dr. Hedyeh Ziai, MD, FACS is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon specializing exclusively in facial rejuvenation and aesthetic surgery. Trained under Dr. Ben Talei through a prestigious American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) fellowship, she has extensive experience in advanced facial procedures, including the signature Cupid Lift®, deep plane facelift, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, and facial rejuvenation.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Dr. Ziai earned her medical degree from the University of Ottawa before completing her Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of Toronto, where she received multiple awards recognizing her achievements in facial plastic surgery research and clinical excellence. She has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and scientific presentations, and has lectured nationally and internationally on advances in facial plastic surgery.

Dr. Parsa Salehi, MD, MHS is a board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing exclusively in facial rejuvenation and reconstructive surgery. An associate of Dr. Ben Talei at Cupid Lips®, he is recognized for his meticulous surgical technique, artistic precision, and commitment to achieving natural, balanced results. His expertise includes deep plane facelift and neck lift surgery, the Cupid Lift®, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facial reconstruction, and advanced facial rejuvenation procedures.
Dr. Salehi earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and completed his Head and Neck Surgery residency at Yale School of Medicine, where he also received a Master of Health Science (MHS) and served as Chief Resident. He went on to complete one of the nation's most prestigious fellowships in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Babak Azizzadeh, with additional advanced training alongside Dr. Ben Talei in deep plane facial rejuvenation.
